My name is Susan Mann and I’ve spent seven years managing creative studios where I have helped in building teams, refining systems, and figuring out how to support creatives so they can do their best work. Managing Creative Studios is where I share everything I’ve learned and (and everything I’m still learning) about what it really takes to run a successful studio.
I create content for people like me—curious, creative, and quietly ambitious—who care about both the ideas and the infrastructure that brings them to life.
